August 6th is Hiroshima Day. Hiroshima is a vivid example of the potential destruction US Foreign policy can bring to people all around the world. The USA is the only country to ever have used a Nuclear weapon in battle. It's time to stop!
We must hold the administration that led us into an unjust immoral war based on lies accountable.
August 6th is also the third anniversary of the day Cindy Sheehan first sat down in the ditch outside of George W Bush’s Crawford, Texas ranch to get him to answer the question, “For what noble cause,” did he send her son Casey to die in Iraq!

I don't know what a well research paper is. But apparently repeating your opinions make them true. In any case, I'm letting you know how readers will approach your writing, should you continue to write OpEd articles. You had a couple of options; the most logical would have been to consider my response for what it was, and took some tips for the future. The most emotional would have been to take offense to it and try to argue. You have chosen the latter, which is more detrimental for you than it will ever be for me.
I look forward to seeing your work mature and evolve.

1. unauthorized exams are only not illegal in most states and even in states where they are, teaching hospitals have thumbed their noses at the law.
2. the stats you claim are for oregon are not they are national and the 10% and 60% figures are shown to present survey after survey.
3. If you want to argue that lawsuits are the problem you will have to show the research I refer to is flawed. i.e. that only 8% of those that should file a suit do so, that only 80% of the cases that should be found for the plantif are, ...
4. Any woman of any age knows of the long history of unnecessary opperations on women. You must be young. That is ok, just do some homework before you argue a point.
5. Bait and switches happen all the time. They are not blatently illegal. Hospitals argue that general consent forms do not specifiy who will be doing the surgery, just who will be supervising. Of course this is not how they are worded. Even lawyers will argue over what the wording means; it is all very gray and unsettled. Not sure what hugging has to do with anything; it is informed consent that is my issue.
6. I do not mention dead people, because they are dead. You seem more worried about dead folks than living.
7. I have seen many articles but none that put it all together as I did.
No one asked to you read, not pay for the story. Taking personal offense, and sounding so young makes me think you are the offspring of a physician. Well, daddy and or mommy is not telling you the truth either sweet heart. Grow up, get out in the real world and find out the facts before you go after someone who obviously knows more about the issue than you.
