So after mailing Senator Kennedy about ending the war, I got his form letter back.

The troops are great, the policy sucks. The surge was supposed to be limited but it isn't. The political process is not progressing because the Iraqis have no motivation to move it along. The administration has shown incompetance and there needs to be a change.
