At this point, however, I find in my reading of comments on various sites, that folks are either ignorant about what is going on...due to mainstream media's failure to inform the public, or they just don't have the tools needed to understand what is happening. Just yesterday I read a comment from a seemingly intelligent person that said that he didn't understand what was so wrong about the president being able to determine what constitutes an emergency and to be able to override all three branches of government when he does so. He would then be "above" constitutional law. He would be in charge of the legislative, judicial and executive branches. He would be King George! This person just didn't "get it!" Do they not teach American government and economics in high school anymore?
So, we shouldn't assume that everyone understands the current situation. It seems to me that it is up to folks like us to get the word out and to encourage others to act. What can I, as an individual, do to accomplish that? (I apologize for getting a bit off subject here.)
You say "conspiracy/ies" but they are actually the "authorities crimes against us." We need to reveal them so that more citizens will join us.
I hoped the A28 members might wake him up.

Would you like to force the broadcast media CEO’s (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, & FOX) to answer a legal complaint? They conspired to prevent the public to learn that Impeachment Articles were officially filed by Dennis Kucinich on April 24, 2007.
If a large organization with many members decided to be the plaintiff in this legal dispute, its members could invest $10 each to finance and force an answer and the depositions of these defendants and a few witnesses. This case would become very high profile and would then put the impeachment issue on the front burner.
One organization I have in mind claims to have 72,000 members.
• PDA has established chapters in 109 Congressional Districts—both red and blue—which put pressure on their members of Congress, provide education and advocacy for our 5 issue priorities within their communities, and work within their local and state Democratic Parties.
• PDA has 48 State Coordinators, 152 Congressional District Point People, and 72,000 members nationwide.
• PDA was the driving force behind passing impeachment resolutions in the Democratic State Parties in California, Massachusetts, and AZ (currently pending), and as part of a coalition in 11 other states. And in 2005, we were instrumental in helping pass over 20 resolutions by Democratic State Parties to end the war in Iraq.

The law that makes this legal dispute very potent is referred to in many 1st Amendment cases.
THE LAW
It is the purpose of this amendment to preserve uninhibited market place of ideas in which truth will ultimately prevail, rather than to countenance monopolization of market whether it be by government itself or private licensee. Red Lion Broadcasting Co. v. F.C.C., U.S. Dist. Col.1969, 89 S.Ct. 1794, 395 U.S. 367, 23 L.Ed.2d 371.
A28 members are gutsier than PDA members are. We can take step two by emailing PDA Director, Tim Carpenter tim@pdamerica.org to suggest that PDA become the plaintiff against the media CEO’s to force the CEO’s to answer its official complaint.
The ultimate objective would be to make the CEO’s pay a stiff ($100,000,000) punitive damage. A celebration in Jamaica might be a nice spot to split our award. At the very least we’d really piss these pricks off. For us to ignore their arrogance makes us look like impotent whiners. It insults our intelligence to ignore their obvious conspiracy.
